Project Overview
This project aimed at modernizing and improving the access routes leading to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Works involved earthworks to prepare a stable foundation, high-quality asphalt paving to ensure durability and smooth traffic flow, and the installation of pedestrian walkways to enhance safety for travelers and airport staff. The new access road greatly improved connectivity between the airport and surrounding regions, supporting both local travel and international tourism. By ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming entry point to the region, the project contributed directly to Tanzania’s economic growth and global image.
